Côte Sud was born from a simple but profound conviction — that the finest ingredients, treated with patience and respect, speak louder than any technique. Nestled in the heart of M Avenue, Marrakech's most refined address, we set out to create a table where the warmth of the Moroccan south meets the clarity of Mediterranean cuisine.
Each dish is a conversation between land and sea, between tradition and restraint. Our kitchen draws from the rich terroir of the Atlas foothills, the argan groves of Souss, and the coastal abundance of the Atlantic — always seasonal, always honest.
